Adhesive material adhesive

Because the surface material is the carrier and the respective physical and chemical properties, it is not complicated to select suitable face paper for different end products, but the choice of adhesive is not as easy as the choice of face material.
Different adhesives are suitable for different stickers and labeling requirements. For example, a glass appliance may require the label to be peeled off within a certain time after being attached, and the adhesive itself will not cause damage to the glass apparatus itself and there is adhesive residue. The same are stationery products, furniture products. The air conditioner used in the home and the performance label on the refrigerator are also such features. However, it is not necessary to tear off the stickers after they have been attached. They are permanently attached to the objects to be attached.
There are mainly the following factors to consider when selecting adhesives.
(1) Materials to be affixed: Paper, plastics, metals, glass, ceramics, etc. (with different surface tensions).
(2) The shape of the object to be attached: the degree of curvature of the plane, the curved surface and the curved surface, the size of the bottle body, and the like.
(3) The state of the surface of the object to be attached: flatness, roughness, cleanliness, humidity, and the like.
(4) Labeling method: the speed at the time of manual, self-labeling and labeling, and the pressure at the time of labeling.
(5) Labeling environment: Temperature and humidity at the time of labeling, cleanliness of the labeling site, and whether there is dust in the space.
(6) Storage environment: Before the labeling of goods and labeling, humidity, ultraviolet light, etc. stored on the label material.
In the labeling process, it is easy to overlook that the labeler cares about the chemical viscosity of the self-adhesive label material itself and despises the mechanical stickiness. In fact, labeling can be made safe by applying suitable adhesives under certain labeling pressures. The special case is that hot melt adhesive series adhesives are not suitable for sticking to PVC materials. Because the chemical composition of the adhesive itself reacts with the plasticizer component of PVC itself, it causes the seepage phenomenon and destroys the adhered surface.
